Use of Site
You may use ElectroApply.com ("ElectroApply") and it's affiliated sites for personal or business purchases. You may not use the site if you are under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 – 18 you must include the involvement of a parent or guardian who consents to be bound by all Terms and Conditions. You must be 18 or older to apply.
Service described is a rental – or lease purchase provided by Prog Leasing, LLC or it’s affiliates. The initial payment is [$49.00]. All remaining payments will be determined by the cash or 90 day price of the leased item and the frequency of payments. You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make 12 months of payments or exercise an early purchase option. Not all applicants are approved. See lease for details.
This is a lease-purchase agreement (or in specified states, a lease agreement with an option to purchase, a consumer rental-purchase agreement, a rent-to-own agreement, a lease-purchase agreement, a consumer-lease agreement) NOT available in WI, MN, VT, NJ. Merchant participating locations only. You will not own the merchandise until the total amount necessary to acquire ownership is paid in full or you exercise your Early Buyout purchase option. Returns and Exchanges Policy
All of our products are brand new and will come with warranty, therefore we do not have a return policy!
However, if an item is defective upon receipt please contact us immediately within 24 to 36 hours for an exchange.

If you picked up your item at one of our national retail partners you may be approved for an exchange of your product within a maximum of 5 days from the date your contract was executed for a working device. Restock Fees may apply and are communicated to the customer at the time of the exchange request.
You must call ElectroApply first in order to confirm the Exchange and be given instruction on how to complete an Exchange if it is confirmed. ElectroApply and it’s partners reserve the right to refuse any exchange but will do it’s best to provide you with quality service. Please have your "Ready for pick up" email available when you call. Sold Out, Discontinued or Unavailable Products
ElectroApply strives to provide the most accurate product and updated inventory information to our customers. However, there will be times where a product is no longer available even after a confirmation or contract has been sent. ElectroApply reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to offer alternative products, cancel orders or refuse service at any point in the sale process.
No Order is final until ElectroApply completes and accepts the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Limit on Products
ElectroApply may remove, restrict or limit the number of products or the combination of products a customer may purchase.
Partner Terms and Conditions
ElectroApply policies, terms and conditions apply to all users of the site and supersede the policies of any partners, suppliers, affiliates, manufacturers or other entities that are associated to the sales on our site. Customers of ElectroApply and it’s affiliated sites are also bound by those partners Terms and Conditions in accordance with their policies as stated by them.
Pricing and Payments
Prices and payments displayed are subject to change at any time in the sales process. Payments displayed are estimated not final, promised or guaranteed. They only serve to give customers an approximation of their payment. Actual payments will be determined upon creating a Lease with either Acima Credit or Progressive Leasing and is subject to their policies.
